Three Maquisards operations — including No. 15 in the Épinac area — and an activity at the Mâcon Armed Forces Day.
Our 2017 activities
- 25–26 March Maquisards No. 14, 9 participants.
- 1 July Armed Forces Day at Mâcon: 4 jeeps for short circuits open to the public. A great success.
- 25–27 August Maquisards No. 15, the Épinac and St-Romain area, 8 participants (+2) in 4 jeeps. A visit to the Lavault stele (a 1944 British bomber crew) and to the grave of Rudolf Eggs, a Companion of the Liberation.
- 4–5 November Maquisards No. 16, the Sennecey-le-Grand, Brancion and Verdun-sur-le-Doubs area, 9 participants. The SAS museum, exfiltration by helicopter, wine tasting at the Château de Nobles.
